Special Order and Non-Stock Items

Special orders and non-stock items. What does that mean to the customer?

Here is our explanation and policy:

Your purchase involves non stock or special order items. This means you have selected an item that we do non stock or is a special order item. The non-stock or special order item will be shipped to you in new condition. The non-stock or special order item cannot be canceled once the order is placed. This is because we have placed your order with the appropriate manufacturer. Once that order has been placed with the manufacturer, they will not allow us to cancel or return the order. All non-stock and special order items cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, credited, or refused under any circumstance. All non-stock and special order sales are FINAL. All non-stock and special order items including electrical controls, devices, gear, and fixtures are subject to the above mentioned policy. All of these items come with a manufacturer’s warranty in most cases. Please do not hesitate to call our customer service team (1.800.606.7980) to get further explanation on this policy. In the “rare event” that an exception is made and a return or exchange is allowed, the customer will assume all restocking fees and return shipment costs. Our main goal is to make sure that you get the exact product you are looking for!
