How long does it take to receive an order?
Once your order has been placed and paid for, it will be shipped within two business days (Light Bulb Finder stocks 80% of inventory for immediate shipping) and delivered to your door within 5-7 business days. Rush shipping is available for phone orders at an additional cost. If you're a commercial customer in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area, we can even deliver your order to your location for a small shipping and handling fee. Will I receive an email confirmation once my order ships?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an order confirmation and shipment tracking number along with all tracking instructions.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Paypal payments are accepted. If you prefer to purchase with a personal check, purchase order or other method, you must contact an account manager in our sales department (800) 606.7980

Can I change my order?
Due to our rapid processing time, our system does not allow online order changes. If a change is necessary, please contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 606.7980 and Dallas Light Bulb will generate a new sales order.
